Updated one bedroom rental near Pacific University with a well suited location: it's just a block to the Trimet 57 bus stop, five blocks to the university, and a few blocks more to the Forest Grove downtown restaurants and coffee shops. Last year when we updated, we kept the original vintage kitchen cabinets, and spruced up the kitchen by adding new appliances. The flooring was updated throughout, nice wood look vinyl in the kitchen/dining, living room and bathroom, and carpet in the bedroom.
