Nicely sized one bedroom, featuring all new paint, all new carpet, new SS appliances, all mixed together with shades of mid-century modern too. Then add to it the elevated fully covered four seasons patio-deck, huge backyard, and walk in basement, this feels like a house for sure.

Additional features include a ton of extra storage in the basement, the central natural gas furnace, and washer-dryer hookups.

The neighborhood is totally walkable, and the 42nd-King shopping center is literally 3 blocks away, DT Milwaukie a 3 minute drive, and the expressway at your finger tips too. There is no better location for access to shopping, good eats or services in all directions.

Come check it out and see for yourself, this is A+ old school cool.
